Refund Policy

Both online and in store, we do not provide refunds. Only exchanges or credits are accepted. We do not make price adjustments.

Our policy lasts 30 days online and 14 days in store. If the number of days has passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and bear its label. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be exchanged. Perishable goods such as food and treats cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate, sanitary or hygiene use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:

To make an exchange or receive a credit, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by mail to: 2600, boulevard Laurier, local 155, Québec, (Quebec), G1V 4T3, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
