To all our human and canine clients,

You will find below all the useful information during the temporary closure of our shops.

Getting food

In order to avoid any contagion and to respect our government's requests, we have decided to close our Place de la Cité and Rockland Centre stores until the situation regarding VIDOC-19 is restored. However, we have put several measures in place so that you can get the products essential to your dog's well-being, including food, treats, bones and hygiene products.

Our Place de la Cité boutique will remain open on Saturdays. You will be able to come and buy your 10 kg large bags of dry food from Acana, Fromm and Hurraw brands as well as raw food from the brand Faim Museau. The number of customers in the boutique will be limited. The surfaces and the machine for making payments will be disinfected after each customer. Only credit and debit cards will be accepted. You must not show any symptoms, or have been in contact with someone returning from a trip for at least 14 days. For smaller dogs, we have added all bags of food from 2 to 3 kg on our online shop. Your puppies will therefore be able to stay on their usual diet and avoid any digestive problems. For any emergency, do not hesitate to write us at info@chienmondain.com.

If you are unable to travel and live within a 10 km radius of the Place de la Cité boutique, we offer the delivery service for 10 kg bags of food. Please let us know your needs and phone number at info@chienmondain.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Online store

Our online shop remains open. The employees in charge of the online store and our social networks communicate by call, video conference and text message as needed.

Furthermore, with the imminent arrival of spring, and therefore, of spring molt and the dirt inherent to snow melt, grooming your dog is essential to maintain his coat until our grooming service reopens. Better to maintain than to heal. So we thought we'd give you our best advice on how to take care of your furry friend's coat yourself at home in a blog article.

Finally, we have added several raincoats to our online store so that you can protect your furry friend's coat during your outings. Dressing your dog in the spring helps prevent de-icing salts from getting stuck to your dog's coat. You will thank us!

Delivery time

It normally takes 3 to 5 business days to receive your package. Canada Post being very busy during this period, we ask you to be lenient about delivery times. We all work together to ensure that everyone receives their order as quickly as possible.

Remember how lucky we are to be surrounded by our little animals on a daily basis.

Thank you for your precious support. Take care of yourself and your health. Encourage Quebec businesses. Together, we will succeed in fighting the virus.

See you soon.
