What size should I choose for my dog?
Delivery rates are $7 for all packages delivered in Canada. Delivery is free for all online orders of $75 and over (before taxes). All shipping charges, including those paid for the return of an item, are non-refundable.
Orders are shipped by Canada Post and are shipped anywhere in Canada. Once the order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided by Canada Post. Canada Post undertakes to leave the package at the nearest post office to the address provided at the time of the purchase order in the event that no one is present at the time of delivery. If this is the case, a Delivery Notice card will be left at the door giving you the necessary information to retrieve your package. No signature is required at the time of delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase order, but a valid photo ID will be required at the post office to take possession of your package.
The shipping time for a package is 3 to 5 business days in the more central regions of Quebec. Please add 2-3 business days for deliveries in rural areas of Quebec as well as anywhere else in Canada.
Both online and in-store, we do not issue refunds. Only exchanges or credits are accepted.
Our policy lasts 30 days online and 14 days in store. If the number of days has passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or credit.
In order to qualify for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it and have its label. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be exchanged. Perishable goods such as food and treats cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate, sanitary or hygienic use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

To make an exchange or receive a credit, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
